• Donations made to The Blind Academy are non-refundable, as they directly support our mission and artists.

• Once a calendar has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or returned.

• In rare cases of damaged or failed delivery, please contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
