Why Training Alone Fails
India is home to millions of people living with visual impairment. Yet the majority of NGOs provide only short-term workshops. These often end without placement support, leading to joblessness, isolation, and lost potential. We don't repeat that mistake.

After years of working with training programs, we realized too many talented individuals had no pathway forward. Learners left courses with skill but no platform, no job, no hope. The Blind Academy was created to change that — to build an ecosystem where skill meets opportunity.
